Callum Hann visits the Whitsundays!
In celebration of Jetstar Australia's announcement of direct flights from Adelaide to the Whitsundays, we recently had the pleasure of hosting Adelaide’s own, Callum Hann.
Whilst in region, Callum was kept busy hosting Kids in the Kitchen at Big 4 Adventure Whitsunday, a Chefs Lunch at Eastwoods Dining and Bar plus he ventured north to Bowen and filmed a cooking demonstration in front of some Bowen Gumlu Growers at Flagstaff Hill. His Prawn & Bowen Mango Salad with Ginger Dressing featured locally caught Tiger Prawns from Arabon Seafoods and Bowen Mangoes from Euri Gold Farm. Callum showed just how simple and easy it is to create fresh delicious meals with our local produce!
